Lead Pastor
Pastor Adam and Laura Hardegree.
Pastor Adam is married to Laura, and together they are raising two incredible kids, Ruth and Caleb. Family is one of Adam’s greatest joys, and at the center of their home is a passion for loving Jesus and building a life around His presence.
Adam has been in ministry since the age of 20, serving in worship ministry for many years before stepping into the role of Lead Pastor at Journey Church in June 2022. He’s a visionary and builder at heart, passionate about creating a church where people can truly encounter God, grow in community, and discover their purpose.
His heartbeat is simple: helping people move beyond just knowing about God to truly knowing Him personally. Adam is passionate about prayer, the secret place, and seeing lives transformed by the presence of Jesus. He communicates in a real, honest, and relatable way, full of compassion, truth, and a deep belief that an encounter with Jesus changes everything.
