About the pantry

Meet practical needs. Remind people they’re not alone.

Our heart is simple: help meet practical needs while reminding people they’re not alone.

Once a month, we provide groceries and essential items to individuals and families, creating space for hope, encouragement, and real connection. We serve neighbors from across Jacksonville, Orange Park, and Argyle.

Because of the generosity of our church and community partners, we’re able to serve with consistency and purpose, helping people experience not just provision, but the love of Christ in a tangible way.

“We’re not running a transaction. We’re sending people home with food, and the reminder that God sees them.” The Good Living Pantry team

What to expect

Everyone is welcome.

No appointment. No paperwork. No proof of need. We serve on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last for the day.

1

Arrive at the church

Park out front. Our team will direct you to the pantry tables. You’ll see the line and the smiles right away.

2

Pick up groceries & essentials

Boxes are pre-packed with pantry staples, fresh produce when available, and household items like toiletries.

3

Receive prayer if you’d like it

A team member will offer to pray for you, your family, or anything you’re walking through. Saying no is just as welcome as saying yes.

“I would have lost heart, unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.”

Psalm 27:13

Together, we believe our community will continue to see the goodness of the Lord, right here, right now.

Serve at the pantry

Just show up.

You can show up on a pantry day (every 3rd Saturday) and ask for a lead to direct you. We’d also love for you to fill out the serve-team interest form so we can plug you into the right role and stay in touch.

Bring your kids. Bring a friend. Stay an hour or stay the whole morning. It all counts, and we’ll be glad you came.
