Journey Leadership School exists to fully equip current and future ministry leaders through intentional, practical, and Spirit-led training. Our goal is to raise up believers who know the Word of God, live by the Spirit, and serve their generation with excellence, humility, and boldness.

Journey Leadership School equips and disciples the next generation of ministry leaders through a combination of biblical training, spiritual formation, and practical ministry development.
Students engage in interactive classes, small group discipleship, and real-world ministry experiences that help them grow in wisdom, skill, and the fear of the Lord. Our goal is to see every student become a leader who:
- Rightly divides the Word of Truth
- Lives with integrity and humility
- Serves faithfully in their family, church, and community
- Walks confidently in the calling God has prepared for them (Ephesians 2:10)
This 13-week program is intentionally designed for students ages 18 and older who desire to deepen their understanding of Scripture and develop lifelong spiritual habits that will strengthen their walk with Christ and their leadership within the body of Christ.

Thirteen weekly instructor-led sessions, two hours each. Depth and practical engagement, both included.
Weekly session
Tuesday Evenings
A 2-hour instructor-led session held once a week on Tuesday evenings, 6:30-8:30 PM. The Fall 2026 class began August 25th and runs 13 weeks.
Focus: consistent, paced development in biblical foundations, spiritual disciplines, and practical leadership skills.
Experience: interactive teaching, guided discussions, and applied assignments to reinforce learning between sessions.
Best for: students who value steady rhythm, reflection time, and regular mentoring touch points.

Youth Bible Training Conference
Two 4-hour Saturday sessions for students ages 12-18, designed to deepen Scripture understanding and build lifelong spiritual habits that strengthen their walk with Christ and leadership in His Church.
Tuition
$95 for 13 weeks.
Standard tuition for the 13-week class. Other prices may vary depending on class.
This contribution helps cover instructional materials, resources, and class supplies.
Journey Church believes in making discipleship and leadership training accessible to everyone who desires to grow in their faith. Scholarships and financial assistance are available upon request.
